1. Service Description

VWUPass is an independent online platform for practicing mathematics exam tasks in preparation for the Ergänzungsprüfung Mathematik (EPM) at Vorstudienlehrgang der Wiener Universitäten (VWU). The platform provides topic-based training, parametric problem generation, and access to past exam papers.

2. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

VWUPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Vorstudienlehrgang der Wiener Universitäten (VWU), OeAD, or any Austrian university. "VWU" in our name refers to the institution whose exams (EPM, EPD) we help students prepare for. This platform is an independent, third-party service.

3. User Accounts

Registration is done exclusively through Google OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Free access to past exam papers does not require registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Intellectual Property

Past exam papers displayed on this platform are sourced from publicly available VWU Ergänzungsprüfung Mathematik exams and are reproduced for educational purposes. All original platform content, including generated problems, solutions, and software, is the property of VWUPass.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

VWUPass offers a paid subscription at €29/month for access to the full problem trainer with unlimited variations. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

VWUPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any exam. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Disclaimer

VWUPass is not official exam preparation material. Exam content and requirements may change without notice by the administering institutions. We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate, but cannot guarantee it reflects current exam standards at all times.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
