Если это задание есть в вашем варианте, оно стоит 10 баллов из двадцати за чтение, столько же, сколько «верно/неверно»; multiple choice по чтению стоит 6. Ни одно задание по чтению не гарантировано: образец части содержит четыре задания на 34 балла в сумме, а в живой вариант берут целые задания ровно на 20. Работа выглядит простой: под каждым утверждением поставить крестик в колонку того человека, о ком оно.
Проще всего искать общие слова: у утверждения и у нужного текста они наверняка совпадут. Именно против этого хода задание и построено, и строки ниже показывают, как.
Тексты и утверждение, решённое за вас
Это учебные тексты, а не экзаменационные. На экзамене три текста в несколько раз длиннее тех, что ниже. Здесь они короткие нарочно: пока вы разбираетесь, чем утверждение цепляется за текст, длина только мешает. Работу «не потерять, что сказал первый человек, пока читаешь третьего» короткий текст не тренирует, за ней надо идти в тренажёр.

Правило и таблица
Утверждение пересказывает текст, а не цитирует его. Экзамен пишет его теми словами, которых в
нужном тексте нет: previous employer вместо bank, in charge вместо run. Слово, общее у
утверждения с каким-то текстом, само по себе ничего не доказывает: оно с тем же успехом стоит и в
тексте, который не подходит.
Крестиков больше, чем людей. Строк десять, людей трое, значит кто-то отвечает за несколько строк, и один человек может получить строки подряд. Инструкция не обещает, что у каждого будет строка, так что пустая колонка сама по себе не ошибка. Это сигнал перечитать строки, на которых вы сомневались, и переносить крестик только туда, где его поддерживает текст.
Верно должно быть всё утверждение целиком. В длинной строке часто два условия сразу: одно
sees a different kind of customer, второе though nothing about the place was done differently.
Текст, который несёт первую половину и не несёт вторую, не подходит.
Двое подходят до последней детали. Пункт часто устроен так: два текста говорят об одном и том же, а различает их одна подробность. Кто решил, а с кем случилось; кто работал в конторе, а кто учился на медсестру. Эту подробность и надо найти, вместо того чтобы взвешивать, кто «больше подходит».

Дальше четыре строки подряд, без разбора между ними: на экзамене вы идёте по списку, а не решаете каждую строку как отдельную задачу. Разбор будет после всех четырёх.

Порядок работы, который из этого следует: читать строку, а не текст, и по каждой строке решать, что она требует; при двух подходящих искать различающую деталь, а не выбирать более похожего; в конце пробежать колонки и, если какая-то пуста, перечитать строки, где вы сомневались. Пустая клетка даёт гарантированный ноль, а официальный образец и его ключ не печатают никакого вычета за неверный ответ: единственная таблица вычетов в образце относится к объёму комментария к блогу.
